How It Works

Shopping at a refillery is easier than you might think.

1. Choose Your Vessel

Bring your own clean container, purchase one from us, or browse our free Bottle Library and give a donated container a second life.

2. Weigh It

We'll weigh your empty container before you fill it so you only pay for the product inside.

3. Fill It

Help yourself or let us help you refill exactly as much (or as little) as you need.

No minimums. No pressure.

4. Pay by Weight

You'll only be charged for the amount of product you take home.

Need just enough laundry soap for one load? Go for it.

Want to stock up? That's great too.

Shopping Online

Can't make it into the shop? We've got you covered.

Many of our products are available to purchase through our online shop and can be shipped directly to your door or prepared for local pickup.

Because our liquid refill products are dispensed by weight and filled into reusable containers, they are currently available in-store only. This helps us reduce packaging waste while ensuring you receive exactly the amount you need.

As we grow, we hope to offer even more refill options online.
